Grace Nursery School Program

The daily program provides the security of a routine with provisions for spontaneous and creative learning. Our days include circle time, centers, snack and story time.

Circle time — This whole group activity includes language development, science concepts, math concepts, visual discrimination activities, as well as monthly themes and concepts.

Centers — The children are free to move from one center to another and build, use puzzles and manipulative toys, participate in role playing and experience a variety of arts and craft materials.

Story time — This helps develop listening skills, as well as an appreciation for books and reading.

Physical Play — Our fenced in play area has an age appropriate playground, weather permitting.

Music — In the music room or the classroom the children have fun expressing themselves through music and movement.

Classrooms — Our classrooms are large, clean, bright and air-conditioned.
